RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

*Due to COVID-19 Face Masks are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Accents by Madelyn unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free 

from defects of workmanship. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it free of defect in its original 

packaging, including labels and choose another item.  Items purchased from the Accents by Madelyn Online Store can 

only be exchanged or returned by contacting the Accents by Madelyn Exchanges/Returns

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please make sure to insure your return up to the amount of the purchased price, including all shipping charges in the even the item being returned is lost or stolen.
 

For exchanges, please allow up to 10 business days upon receipt of the item.

Due to many variances among monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will exactly match to the actual color of the product offered.

FABRIC DISCLAIMER

The natural and artistic process of creating batik, hand dyed and hand painted fabrics, you will find that every inch is unique and occasional you may find some unexpected shading and/or dying.
 

Streaks, slubs, loose threads and other visual imperfections are natural characteristic of some fabrics.  They should not be considered defects.
